Helen is a 1981 graduate of Oregon State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration, with high scholarship, and a minor in Computer Science. In
addition to professional audit and tax experience from Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Portland,
Oregon, Helen worked as a Controller in the high-tech telecommunications industry, eventually
becoming a consultant for the management of numerous companies in computer systems
analysis for accounting applications. Helen worked for MIS Consulting, performing year 2000
conversions of accounting system databases for companies in Oregon, Washington and
California. In her Life Journey Ministries role, she makes sure that the business is directed
properly in order to achieve the long-term success of the organization’s mission and ministry.
